Please excuse the poor quality of the snapshot. I have to make do with what I have. Again, a tough song to give a clue for. Its been seen and heard a lot of times. A great director and a great music director usually make a formidable pair, like here.

At first I thought this is "Nizam pori" but now I'm thinking this is either "Veera pandiya" or "Chandralekha". If I had to pick one, I'll go with Chandralekha.
